ok quick update, since i haven't updated in ages.
Apt hunting right now. Looking for a 1 bdr place somewhere in berkeley not too far from bart. anyone know of anything please lemme know. Right now Brian and i are looking at a couple places. I'm just tempted to take the first place we saw and say enough to apt hunting. I guess i'm not good at shopping around and being patient.
Work. Hmmm work is good a lot more busy that the first week. Actually had overtime last week. First time i've worked til 10. didn't really want to stay any later and risk getting mugged walking around in the tenderloin. Been doing all sorts of random things. Excel is my best friend...spreadsheets galore. Been doin finanicial tracking and all that. but been going out of the office too...went to Harding Park Golf Course today, it's out by Lake Merced and the SF Zoo, near the ocean. Went out there to figure out course signage...spent like 3 hrs riding around in the back of a golf cart....brrrrrr freezing out there. Next time i'm wearing my parka. People at work are pretty cool. Not the same crowd as last yr. It's different but good. Funny how so many people know other people thru church. Lots of good folks there.
Job hunt....ehhh really moving slowly on that. I come home and i'm dead tired. Need to get motivated and start looking hard. I'm kinda worried about my prospects right now. Hopefully i'll something fulltime around here. Don't really want to move.
Been chilling with Focus folk mainly...lots of bbqs, bowling, movies, etc. Smaller group of people this summer, which is good, get to spend time with the same great people.
goin to vegas for a weekend in august. Hopefully i'll go on another weekend trip or two this summer...maybe pismo or santa cruz. Beach sounds nice this time of yr. My parents are going to Hawaii for a week. I'll be working prolly...blar.
I am starting to miss Berkeley peeps...it's been a month since i've seen a lot of people.
